Demand in Asia is weak and probably it will remain weak in October as well. End users decided to buy less due to falling crude prices. China see a holiday early October and Indonesia will be weak due to the Ramadan.

In other words nobody wants to buy now

PP :

Asian PP market shows the same sentiment as for PE.
